Our Enrollment Process for our Early Childhood and 1st Grade Programs: 

Step I: Take a tour of our campus -OR- attend an open house or Campus Walk and Talk 

Step II: Fill out an application and pay our $65 application fee. Please email your application to Annie at [email protected]. You will receive a link to pay your application fee once we receive your application. 

Step III: Interview with your prospective teacher. Your child should be present for this step. Your teacher may ask that you student attend WSB for 2-3 shadow days.  

Step IV: Receive an admissions decision within two business days! 

Our Enrollment Process for our 2nd-8th Grade Programs: 

Step I: Take a tour of our campus -OR- attend an open house or Campus Walk and Talk 

Step II: Fill out an application and pay our $65 application fee. Please email your application to Annie at [email protected]

Step III: Interview with your prospective teacher. Your prospective teacher may or may not ask that your child attends this interview. 

Step IV: Shadow Days. Your child will be asked to attend class at WSB for 2-3 days. 

Step V: Reflection. You, your child, and their prospective teacher will reflect briefly and in-person on their experience during their Shadow Days. 

Step VI: Receive an admissions decision within two business days! 

How to Join our Waitlist and What to Expect: 

We begin holding our waitlist for the following academic year during the second week of September during the current academic year. For example, we began holding our waitlist for the Fall of 2023 during the second week of September of the Fall of 2022. 

Step I: Submit an application and pay our $65 application fee. Please email your application to Annie at [email protected]. You will receive a link to pay your application fee once we receive your application. Please specify your prospective start date in your email and application. 

Step II: Once we receive your application and paid fee, we will send you a confirmation email that your child’s spot on the waitlist has been secured. 

Step III: We will communicate with you if we are able to move your child off of our waitlist. They will then be placed on our Enrollment List and asked to complete our enrollment process, starting with an interview and followed by shadow days, if applicable, prior to issuing a final admissions decision.
